Jimby
The Coconut Dinosaur
Jimby is a baby pachycephalosaurus who who wears a coconut on his head to protect his dome after getting a crack in it.
Inspired by the idea of ‘what if a dinosaur hatched out of a piece of Asín tibuók salt’- a traditional Filipino salt that resembles a large dinosaur egg, made through a process of burning seawater soaked coconut husks, then filtering and collecting the remaining minerals in clay pots.
